Hey ya'll. Our class blog is soooo dead! Sooooo I've come to liven it up. Lets make it a point to update at least once a month okay guys? Get the password and username from me (Mich Fam).
Anyway, this year made me realise how much I miss 1E, and the wonderful class spirit. Even though we're in different classes, 1E will be forever. We can meet up as a class, grow old together as a class, and all that kinda stuff. I love 1E, and every one of you guys in it. One Year for One E

One week and a half of holidays so far, how are you all enjoying it? Haha

Next year's class posting is up at lead already, which you all probably all know and checked already. Ah, we see this year pass and the next one slowly creeping in. New classes, different people, a whole new slew of experiences to be lived through once again. 1E's all split up, people here and there and everywhere.

I enjoyed this year with you all very much. I can't think of any other way to really say it. You all made this year great for me. Fantastic in fact. Change always comes with a price, with farewell, and I guess sometimes it's really sad.

You were the people I laughed with, complained with, went to a Industrial Visit at Macs together with, who could really relate to the stuff I went through. Every moment of all these fragments of memories of the school year added together made us 1E, and hopefully you all bonded and made friendships that will truly last you forever.

Even as we go on to different classes, different paths, remember that the year, the memory we had 1E in 2006 and all the experiences with it can never be taken away from us, and it is what was lived, what has become a great and happy part kept and cherished and a great memory.

Also, remember that whatever class you're in, it's part of God's plan, and that you have purpose and destiny in that class, just like you have a great destiny in Christ.

Much love to all of you, have a great holiday, keep safe and have a great and blessed holiday with God. May His Love be your light to every darkness. Thanks to all the teachers, especially Miss Sim and Lao Shi for being our form and co-form. Much thanks to you all, for really making great memories for me. I'll miss you all.

Monday
Meet at: Botanic gardens at around 9 plus 10 at the field in front of the pond
Bring: Ground mats, some light snacks and money [we will be eating lunch there]
Time: From 9 or 10 to 4 [ you can leave earlier or reach later if you have something on]

I would not be able to go for the outing. [mom's bday]

wow, it's been ages since the orientation camp, wasn't it?
it's almost the end of this fruitful year.

i know i wasn't a "true blue" 1E person, but now I feel like I've known you all like forever! I love 1E!

okay, wednesday is the funfair thing, and I think we really need to do something about the prizes.

i've announced alr: bring any ~~old~~ second-hand toys that are in good condition, and you are willing to donate. b/c there's no point me harassing you to get something from you which you're reluctant to give (which would make it much much easier, though).

Also, if you don't have any, or don't feel like giving any stuffed toys, please bring some sweets, like those individual ones; mentos, fruit plus etc.
Books or cheap stationery that are unwanted but in good condition is fine too.

I'd really appreciate it if you bring $5 (or more!) and splash it into the class fund; it is quite pathetic, really.

I've done the roster list, and I'll post it here for you to see. If you're unhappy with anything, please email me at chanmqe@hotmail.com , or Benn at bensterdan@hotmail.com . Please do it ASAP though, because by Tuesday evening, you won't be able to change it anymore!

Yeah just wanted to say something about the tagboard situation.

I honestly don't think that anybody in our class would say that. I think you all (1E) would know that. I mean, really. And it's heartening to know that so many of you really stepped up and said something about it. You said something about it because you didn't want 1E to be that kind of place and I really really respect you all for that.

I love 1E, it's probably one of those classes where I can just go for project work or if we need to get into any kind of group I can just join anybody. And with all the funny things we've done for what 9 months now? I know that we're better than that. I know that you all don't want it to become all negative and harbouring that kind of situation.

And I really really want to give you all a big big big thank you for EVERYBODY wearing something for teacher's day and EVERYBODY wearing the hairband. It means so much to me and even though we didnt win best dressed class it doesnt matter because it's the effort that counts for it.

Yeah meanwhile, just post what you all want to say, which can be about relatively anything on the blog temporarily. yeah. ask around from the password and user. Good with html people your welcome to do whatever you think will help, but I've never been too skilled at script promps or password protects. 1) history test-sbq. don't really need to study for this right?

3) chemistry test. chapters 7,8,9
4) home ec test. modules 7 & 8
5) is there a MEP test?
6) ve project.

so, for ve project, we're doing a whole mind-map thing. okay? like from the middle, MGS, then branches going out. is that okay? like tachers, then a sub-group like lessons etc. what do you guys think? this accounts for about 30% of our ve grade rite? so i think we should kinda try to do it properly, kays? besides, i don't want to get scolded for not doing it properly anyways.

so, just a bit more deatails, for 2D, try to keep it drawing block size. 3D too, I guess.
projects due friday 'cos i've gotta get it set-up by monday.
and erm...yea, 3D stuff, just do a short write-up tp accompanuy it.

Reporting time : 7.20am
Reporting Area: MacRitchie Reserviour (Carpark)
Ending time: (around) 10.45am

Remember to drink tons of water today and also bring lots of water tomorrow. Wear running shoes if you have, though i'm not sure if you should change after that. Advised to change into Mg bermudas or Pinafoe after that, cause you might get booked or something.

If it's raining in your area, please please ensure that your end of the class relay system in working (people in charge of groups to call aka Agnes, Caris, Michele Fam, Joyce, Ze Hwee, Michelle Tan, i'm talking to you!)

Regarding Blog issues
Lately there's been a stream of anonymous people tagging, rather offensive or just pure spam on the tagboard. Don't worry too much about it because after all we (1E, 2006) hold the controls to the tagboard and can tamper with this and that of whoever posts.

You as people of 1E, have and should post okay? You don't have to post anything in particular, just something to keep this blog rolling and what's the word, diverse?

Yes we're pretty much behind scheduale and stuff but we'll try and get it by the next class outing okay? The designs will be up here soon for voting and also just prices, etc. So check updates here often okay? (Michy, you can add whatever YOU represeting YOUR committee here too)

It's been a great term, despite results or whatever, but you tried your best and dont let failure stop your confidence and you from doing great.

Majority of you are lazy bums who don't study (eg Joy). AND GUESS WHAT. Science mid-yr is in two days time. Yes yes sweeties, you all read right: TWO DAYS TIME. So get those eyes off that teevee/computer and start studying, b'cause if you don't start studying NOW you are GONNA FAIL badly. Unless you're a smart ass like Einstein or blahblah.
